FIELD: chemistry; concrete.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concrete additives, namely to solid superplasticizer. Disclosed is a method of producing a solid superplasticizer based on a carboxylic acid by melting a polyether monomer and a hyperbranched monomer to obtain a liquid, followed by adding an initiator to the liquid, stirring, and after adding unsaturated carboxylic acid and a chain transfer agent to obtain a mixed solution, followed by aging the mixed solution, and then cooling and hardening to obtain a solid superplasticizer based on carboxylic acid, wherein the hyperbranched monomer is obtained by statistical blocking of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with polyethylene polyamine.
EFFECT: improved processability of superplasticizer, which consists in reduction of product viscosity and reduction of water release by concrete.
