SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for forming a layered structure containing a two-component solvent-free adhesive composition. The method includes uniform application of an isocyanate component containing at least one aromatic isocyanate to the surface of the first substrate, uniform application of a polyol component to the surface of the second substrate and bringing the surface of the first substrate into contact with the surface of the second substrate for mixing and interaction of the two components. The polyol component contains at least one amine-initiated polyol containing two or more primary hydroxyl groups and a main chain including tertiary amines. The amine-initiated polyol has functionality from 2 to 12, a hydroxyl number from 5 to 1830, and viscosity at 40°C from 500 to 20,000 MPa·s. The viscosity of the adhesive composition is more than 10000 MPa·s at 40°C during 10 minutes of mixing the isocyanate component with the polyol component.

EFFECT: present invention leads to an improvement in the bonding strength and a high curing rate when using two-component solvent-free adhesive compositions.
