FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a two-component solvent-free adhesive composition that contains an isocyanate component comprising at least one isocyanate, and a polyol component comprising at least one amine-initiated polyol having functionality from 3 to 8 and a hydroxyl number from 750 to 1000, and at least one amine-uninitiated polyol selected from a group consisting of complex polyether polyol, simple polyether polyol, polycarbonate polyol, polyacrylate polyol, polycaprolactone polyol, polyolefin polyol, natural oil polyol and combinations of two or more of them, while the amount of at least one amine-initiated polyol is, by weight per weight of a pre-mixed adhesive composition, from 6 to 12 wt.%. A method for obtaining laminated material is also disclosed, including obtaining a solvent-free adhesive composition, applying a layer of the specified adhesive composition to a film surface, bringing the specified layer into contact with another film surface to obtain laminate, and curing the adhesive composition. In addition, laminate obtained by the specified method is disclosed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain two-component solvent-free lamination adhesive compositions based on polyurethane with improved bonding strength and faster forming bonds, improved chemical and thermal resistance, as well as not requiring the use of a catalyst to accelerate the reaction between isocyanate and polyol.
