SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-woven material and an absorbing product containing the proposed non-woven material. Non-woven material is proposed containing a retaining part that contains an agent for splitting liquid film and a non-retaining part that does not contain an agent for splitting liquid film, while at least either a set of retaining parts or a set of non-retaining parts are located, being separated from each other, on the surface of non-woven material.

EFFECT: invention allows for creation of non-woven material, in which the capability of preventing liquid flow on the surface, when reducing liquid film formed between fibers of non-woven material, is improved to provide the reduction of residual liquid to a greater extent.
