FIELD: non-woven textile materials.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a non-woven material. A method is proposed for producing a non-woven material containing at least one type of fiber selected from hot-melt composite fibers of the shell-core type, thermally elongated fibers, thermally non-elongated fibers, heat-shrinkable fibers, fibers without thermal shrinkage, three-dimensional twisted fibers, potentially twisted fibers and hollow fibers, including the stage of applying a liquid coating to a non-woven material from the source materials using a flexographic printing system, wherein the liquid coating contains a liquid film breaking agent and has a viscosity of 25 сP or more, and wherein the nonwoven material from the starting materials has a concave part and a high-density part, and the high-density part is located at the bottom of the concave part and has a fiber density higher than the fiber density in any other part; wherein the film breaking agent is: at least one type of compound selected from organically modified silicone, polyatomic alcohol and fatty acid ester, and wax selected from ceresine, paraffin, vaseline, mineral oil, and liquid isoparaffin, and represented by the following formula: CmHn [XV]; and has a spreading coefficient of 15 mN/m or greater for a liquid having a surface tension of 50 mN/m, or has a spreading coefficient greater than 0 mN/m for a liquid having a surface tension of 50 mN/ m, and a tension of 20 mN/m or less at the interface with a liquid having a surface tension of 50 mN/m. Also described is a method for producing a non-woven material (options), a non-woven material for an absorbent product (options), an absorbent product, an upper sheet of an absorbent product.

EFFECT: providing suppression of the liquid volume in the lower part of the concave part recessed in the direction of the thickness of the non-woven material, and reducing the liquid film formed between the fibers, with the achievement of reducing the residual liquid content at a higher level.
