SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a non-woven material and a fiber processing agent. Disclosed is a nonwoven material to which a fiber processing agent is bonded, wherein the fiber processing agent contains a liquid film destructing agent and a component selected from component (A), (B) or (C). Component (A): an anionic surfactant represented by the following formula (S1)

where Z denotes a trivalent group selected from a group comprising a straight or branched alkyl chain containing 1 or more and 12 or less carbon atoms, which can contain an ester group, an amide group, an amine group, a polyoxyalkylene group, an ether group and a double bond; R⁷ and R⁸, each independently denotes a straight or branched alkyl group containing 2 or more and 16 or less carbon atoms, which can include an ester group, an amide group, a polyoxyalkylene group, an ether group or a double bond; and X denotes -SO₃M, -OSO₃M or -COOM, where M denotes H, Na, K, Mg, Ca or ammonium. Component (B): a polyoxyalkylene-modified ester of a polyhydric alcohol and a fatty acid. Component (C): an amphoteric surfactant containing a hydroxysulphobetaine group.

EFFECT: invention provides better characteristic of suppression of residual liquid and suppression of reverse flow of liquid.
