FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods for preventing and treating motion sickness. Proposed is a method for preventing motion sickness, wherein a preparation from the antihypoxant group is used 3 days prior to the expected vestibular load, according to which a preparation based on a dihydrochloride monohydrate 3-(2-morpholinoethylthio)-1,2,4-triazino[5,6-b]indole active substance is used as an antihypoxic preparation by one-time administration at a dosage of 3.4 to 6.7 mg/kg of the active substance.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of preventing and treating motion sickness in the absence of severe side effects.
