FIELD: petroleum industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of petroleum and petroleum product pumping through main pipelines. The method includes obtaining a copolymer with a high molecular weight by copolymerisation of alpha-olefins in a medium of fluorinated alkanes on a titanium-magnesium Ziegler-Natta catalyst in an inert atmosphere. The polymerisation mass is then discharged into alkanediol or a mixture of propylene glycol and n-butyl dipropylene glycol ether while stirring. The subsequent stripping of the unreacted monomer of fluorinated organic compounds is executed while stirring and bubbling with nitrogen. Filtration and subsequent stabilisation of the commercial form of DRA are then conducted by dispersion in alcohol with an adhesion-reducing agent. Hexene-1 with decene-1 or dodecene-1 are used as comonomers in a molar ratio of 0.95:0.05 to 0.80:0.20.

EFFECT: reduction of the throughput capacity of the main pipelines in the cold period of the year is prevented.
