FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at creation of a method of producing highly efficient stable concentrated suspension of high-molecular poly-alpha-olefin(s), with molecular weight ≥ 5·106 atomic mass units and particle size of dispersed phase from 10 to 250 mcm without their destruction and preliminary milling, with content of poly-alpha-olefin in finished suspension of up to 40 wt%, easily realised in industrial conditions. Method of producing anti-turbulent additive based on poly-alpha-olefins, which involves obtaining a finely dispersed polymer soluble in hydrocarbons fluids with high molecular weight, synthesised by (co)polymerisation of alpha-olefin hydrocarbons under action of a Ziegler-Natta catalyst, where Ziegler-Natta catalyst used is modified titanium-magnesium nanocatalyst with addition of an organoaluminium cocatalyst at following ratio of components of system: alpha-olefin (mixture of alpha-olefins): titanium magnesium catalyst (in terms of Ti) from 105:1 to 107:1 and titanium-magnesium catalyst : cocatalyst from 1:10 to 1:2·103 by dispersion of obtained (co)polymer in a capacity device with hydraulic nozzle with a mixture of dispersion medium and functional additives with further distillation of unreacted monomer or mixture of monomers.
EFFECT: conducting (co)polymerisation process in solution is carried out simultaneously with supply of polymer solution in capacitance device and together with distillation of unreacted monomer or mixture of monomers and an inert solvent is distilled.
