SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. The eyelids are mobilized to the position of normal standing out of orbit. Then, a de-epithelized skin graft of skin-adipose tissue is placed in the orbit cavity. It is fixed along the perimeter of the orbit with U-shaped seams with an output to the skin. Blepharorrhaphy is performed. After 1-1.5 years, is performed a plastic surgery of orbital cavity with flaps of the mucosa from the lip and prosthetics is performed.
EFFECT: allows eliminate a tissue defect caused by post-radiation atrophy of the orbital tissues and simultaneously serves as a revitalizing substrate for transplanting free mucosa flaps, transplanted by the next stage to form a conjunctival cavity under an eye prosthesis; it can be considered optimal for patients with the absence of a conjunctival cavity against the background of post-radiation atrophy of the orbital tissues.
