FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of protection of gas and oil field equipment and pipelines operating in highly mineralized hydrogen sulfide-containing aqueous media from corrosion and can be used for the transportation of oil and gas. The method involves the interaction of polypropylene polyamines and carboxylic acids with distillation of reaction water and impurities, while, as polypropylene polyamine, pentapropylene hexamine [(3,6,9,12,15-pentamethyl)-1,4,7,10,13,15-hexamino hexadecane] is used, which interacts with monocarboxylic acid first at a temperature of 165°С for 5.5-6.0 h, then at a temperature of 265°С for 2.5 hours in a molar ratio of pentapropylene hexamine and monocarboxylic acid equal to 1 : 2, followed by the reaction of the obtained bis-imidazoline with acrylic acid nitrile at a temperature of 85°С in a molar ratio of bis-imidazoline based on pentapropylene hexamine : nitrile acrylic acid equal to 1 : 2-2.05. Stearic or palmitic acid are used as monocarboxylic acid.
EFFECT: invention expands the raw material base and the range of products.
