SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of protection of gas and oil field equipment and pipelines operating in highly mineralized hydrogen sulfide-containing aqueous media from corrosion, as well as for the transportation of oil and gas. The method for obtaining corrosion inhibitors includes the interaction of polypropylene polyamine and carboxylic acid with distillation of reaction water and impurities, while, as polypropylene polyamine, pentapropylene hexamine [(3,6,9,12,15-pentamethyl)-1,4,7,10,13,15-hexamino-hexadecane] is used, which reacts with monocarboxylic acid first at a temperature of 160-165°С for 4-6 hours, then at a temperature of 255-265°С for 2.0-2.5 hours in a molar ratio of pentapropylene hexamine : monocarboxylic acid equal to 1 : 2-2.05, followed by the interaction of the obtained bis-imidazoline with propylene oxide at a temperature of 45°С in a molar ratio of bis-imidazoline based on pentapropylene hexamine : propylene oxide, equal to 1 : 2.05. Stearic or butyric acid are used as monocarboxylic acid.
EFFECT: invention expands the raw material base and range of products.
