The device contains a digital control system (8), a thyristor switch (9), a current sensor (1), a power transformer (6) under load (7). According to the invention, the device is equipped with a comparator (2), a parameter metering unit (5), a contactor (3) and an alarm device (4). Uninterrupted power supply to consumers is achieved due to the temporary operation of the power transformer in a heavy operating mode with the maximum permissible heating temperature of the conductive part of the inputs, at the limit of possibilities under the conditions of insulation strength and the permissible temperature under the heating condition of the main parts of the transformer.

EFFECT: ensuring uninterrupted power supply to consumers.
