FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the propulsion units of marine vessels, such as ships, submarines or even oil platforms. The power system is designed for installation on a marine vessel, it contains a propulsion unit, connecting elements for attaching the power system to a hull element of a marine vessel, and a rudder bearing that mechanically connects the propulsion unit to the specified connecting elements. The connecting elements are designed so that when the power system is installed on the specified hull element, the plane of the rudder bearing is inclined relatively to the plane in which the longitudinal and transverse axes of the marine vessel pass. The connecting elements contain a support made in the form of a cylinder with a cut-off part and having a first end with a first plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the support, and a second end with a plane located at an angle relatively to the axial direction of the support. The support is attached to the rudder bearing with its second end. On the hull element of the marine vessel, the energy system is inserted from the outside of the hull element, and then connecting elements are used to attach the energy system to the hull element.
EFFECT: improved hydrodynamic characteristics of the marine vessel are achieved.
