To do this, a complex therapy is carried out, including: rituximab - intravenously at a dose of 375 mg/m² once on the first day and again at the same dose after 4 weeks and/or after 12 months, if the CD 19 cell level is >1%, methylprednisolone - intravenously at a dose of 500 mg once on the first day, prednisolone - orally at a dose of 1 mg/kg of body weight, but not >60 mg from the second to the seventh days, prednisolone - orally at a dose of 40 mg from the eighth to the fourteenth days, prednisolone - orally at a dose of 20 mg from the fifteenth to the twenty-first days, prednisone - orally at a dose of 10 mg from the twenty-second to the twenty-eighth days, prednisone - orally at a dose of 5 mg, starting from day 28, for a long time - for 24 months, cycrophosphamide - intravenous administration at a dose of 7.5 mg/kg 4 times a day during week 1, week 3, week 4, week 7.

EFFECT: this regimen of drug administration provides a reduction in the time to achieve remission while reducing side effects by reducing the total dose of drugs.
