FIELD: aviation and rocket technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for dropping or separating objects, mainly rocket stages, compartments, fairings, protective screens and payloads, from supporting structures of an aircraft at any part of the flight path and can be used in the field of aviation and rocket technology. The hydrodynamic system for separating structural elements includes frames of the separated structural elements, attachment surfaces made on the end planes of the frames, power attachment units of frames containing thrust shelves made on the frame of one of the separable structures, distributed along the periphery of the frame, and fixing levers mounted on the pivot axes, with the possibility of stopping when rotating on the pivot axes of one of the ends of the fixing lever on the stop flanges of the frame of the opposite detachable part of the structure. The unit for unlocking the power attachment points contains a cylinder with a movable piston, a pyroelectric unit communicated with the above-piston cavity of the cylinder, and a device for unlocking the power attachment units, a compartment pusher, a movable frame mounted on guides through windows made in a movable frame, with the ability to move along the guides in the direction, perpendicular to the mating plane of the frames, spring-loaded latches of the end position of the movable frame, rods connecting the movable frame with opposite parts of the fixing levers, made with the possibility of adjusting their length. Wherein, the device for unlocking the power attachment points is made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder with a retractable rod, fixed from free movement by a shear pin installed in the rod through the body of the hydraulic cylinder, the end of the rod is connected to a lever having a pivot axis, a grip made in the form of a rocker mounted on the axis of rotation, with the stop of one of the ends of the grip on the pivot axis of the lever and the stop of the opposite end of the grip on the stop surface of the tightening rod with a nut passing through the window in the movable frame, with the nut against the movable frame and pressing the frames along the mating surfaces when moving the movable frame during the tightening of the nut. At the same time, a transverse cut is made in the axis of rotation of the lever, which allows the grip to rotate freely, releasing the tightening pin when the lever is turned by a notch to the end of the grip, the above-piston cavity of the hydraulic cylinder is connected by a pipeline with the piston cavity of the cylinder of the unlocking unit of the power attachment points, forming a single volume filled with working fluid, and the movable frame is installed with an emphasis on the springs, which ensure its movement when the tightening pin is released.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the product as a whole, and also reducing the parameters of the vibration shock affecting the structure and significantly reduces its distortion, simplifying the design of the movable frame and reducing its weight.
