FIELD: aerospace technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for manufacturing a rocket stage separation system and can be used in aviation and rocket technology. The method includes the manufacture of power fastening units for frames of separable structures, mating surfaces made in the end planes of frames, pyrolysis units for releasing the power fastening units and a compartment pusher. In the frame power fastening units, on the frame of one of the separable structures, thrust shelves are made, distributed along the periphery of the frame, on the frame of the other of the separable structures, fixing levers are installed on the rotation axes, resting when rotating on the rotation axes with one end of the fixing lever on the thrust shelves of the frame of the opposite detachable part of the structure. A movable frame is installed on the guides with the ability to move along the guides. Windows are made in the movable frame. The latches of the final position of the movable frame are made on the guides in the form of deformable fixing cones that jam the movable frame when it is moved to the final position.
EFFECT: simplifying the design and assembly, increasing the reliability of the product, reducing weight and dimensions.
