FIELD: aerospace technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation systems mainly for rocket stages, compartments, fairings and can be used in the field of aviation and rocket technology. The method for manufacturing the system of separation of structural elements includes the manufacture of framings of separable elements, on the end planes of which the sealing surfaces of the fastening framings’ power units are made. On the framing of one of the separable structures, thrust shelves are performed, distributing them along the periphery of the framing, on the framing of the other of the separable structures, fixing levers are installed on the axes of rotation, resting when rotating on the axes of rotation with one end of the locking lever on the thrust shelves of the framing of the opposite detachable part of the structure. The unit for releasing the attachment power units consists of a cylinder with a sliding piston, a pyroelectric unit connected to the cylinder’s over-piston cavity, and a device for fixing the attachment power units. The movable frame is mounted on guides through windows cut in the movable frame, with the possibility of moving along the guides.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the product, reduction in the parameters of the vibration shock affecting the structure.
