FIELD: precious metals hydrometallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydrometallurgy of precious metals and can be used for oxidative opening of gold-bearing ores and gold extraction. Superfine grinding of the feedstock is carried out in an air enriched with oxygen in the range from 34 to 51%. The resulting powder is pulped with water at a ratio of W:T=1.5-3:1. Cavitation cyanidation and additional dispersion are carried out in a closed cycle with continuous bubbling with oxygen-enriched air with the content of dissolved oxygen in the cyanidation zone in the range of 9.2-15.8 mg/dm3. The resulting product is separated into an insoluble residue and a gold-containing solution.
EFFECT: the invention provides a decrease in the fineness of grinding, saturation of the pulp with oxygen for its interaction with the components of the ore and an excess amount of oxygen in the cyanidation zone, which leads to an increase in the opening of gold grains.
