SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of refractory gold ores with heterogeneous fine dissemination of gold, can be used in the processing of sulphide gold ores, the gold concentrators in which are sulphide minerals: arsenopyrite, pyrite, pyrrhotite, etc. The invention specifically relates to a method for hydrometallurgical processing of cake from bacterial oxidation of sulphide gold-containing concentrate (product of bacterial oxidation). In the claimed invention, the technical problem and the achieved technical result are solved by including in the scheme of hydrometallurgical processing of bacterial oxidation cake the operations of centrifugation of the bacterial oxidation pulp, hydrocycloning of the neutralized centrifugation cake in a cycle with additional sand grinding, preliminary oxidation of the additional crushed neutralized cake with a dispersed oxygen-air mixture, two-stage sorption leaching with the renewal of the sorbent and the operation of pulp thickening between the stages of sorption leaching, hydrocycloning of sorption leaching tails and separate filtration of sands and discharge of hydrocycloning, which allows increasing the recovery of gold from the bacterial oxidation cake, reducing the consumption of sodium cyanide and increasing the productivity of filtration of sorption tails.

EFFECT: increasing the recovery of gold from the bacterial oxidation cake, reducing the consumption of sodium cyanide and increasing the productivity of filtration of sorption tails.
