SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by parsing the URL to identify one or more data items, including a service network identifier corresponding to the service network, service entity identifier corresponding to second service institution which issued 2D code, service type identifier, corresponding to service type, and useful information, including a service object identifier corresponding to a service network service entity; sending said one or more data items to a second service institution based on the service institution identifier; receiving said service information, associated with service entity and service type, from second service institution based on service object identifier and service type identifier; and sending said service information to a first service institution for presentation on a mobile device.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing unification of control services associated with 2D codes based on a unified resource identifier (URL).
