FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and urology. Percutaneous puncture access to the renal cavity system is performed in case of percutaneous nephrolitholapaxy. At the same time, the conductor string is installed under ultrasonic and endovideoscopic control. A ureteral drainage is introduced into the renal pyelocaliceal system through one nephrostomy access along the guidewire, which is previously connected to a transparent nephrostomy drainage threaded onto the ureteroscope. Percutaneous nephrolitholapaxy is performed in the position of the patient on the side opposite to the operation. In the postoperative period, the ureteral drainage is removed together with the nephrostomy drainage through the same nephrostomy access.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the safety of the method by reducing the time of the operation to remove urinary calculi, minimizing anesthetic risks due to the absence of the need to perform the operation with the patient in the prone position and additional cystoscopy under anesthesia in the postoperative period to remove the ureteral drainage, no need for intraoperative X-ray monitoring of the localization of stones kidneys, elimination of harmful effects of X-ray radiation both on the patient and on medical personnel, possibility of direct combined control of urinary calculus and drains using ultrasound and a ureteroscope, as well as increasing efficiency of drainage of the upper urinary tract, excluding the migration of drains in the postoperative period, the method allows simultaneously removing both drains through the same nephrostomy access without anesthesia and the need for additional cystoscopy.
