FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat power engineering; it can be used in the selection of sorbents to reduce harmful emissions. The stand for study of the properties of solid sorbents contains a furnace chamber, a discharge flue, a fuel supply system, a sulfuric acid supply system, a sorbent supply device, a spent sorbent hopper, a parameter recording device connected via wired and/or wireless communication to monitoring devices including resistance thermometers located in the furnace chamber and inside the discharge flue, as well as a gas analyzer. At the same time, the stand is additionally equipped with a system of thermochemical preparation of solid fuel located between the fuel supply system and the furnace chamber, as well as a secondary air supply system. The fuel supply system is made in the form of a coal dust hopper, a feeder and a mixer installed in series, as well as a primary air blow fan installed in front of the mixer, while the feeder is connected through a coupling to an electric engine equipped with a rotational speed controller.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the results of evaluating the physical properties (thermal stability) and dynamic capacity of various types of solid sorbents (dry cleaning technology) for solid fuel combustion plants is achieved while maintaining compactness and simplicity of design.
