SUBSTANCE: method comprises drying and milling the initial raw coal in the flow of gas drying agent, separating the air-coal mixture obtained into the exhaust low-dusty drying agent and coal dust that is discharged to the hopper, supplying the coal dust from the hopper to the furnace of the boiler plant as a main flow of aerated high-concentration fuel-air mixture with the primary air, recirculating a portion of the exhaust low-dusty drying agent to the device for milling the initial coal, and supplying the residual of the exhaust low-dusty drying agent for afterburning to the furnace upstream of the main flow of the fuel-air mixture directly through the burners of the second level.
