HARROW TOOTH Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A01B23/02

Abstract RU 2755319 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The harrow tooth contains wedge-shaped working (1) and mounting (2) parts and main rods (4 and 5) located on the working part in the holes (3) with their longitudinal part and lateral ends bent 90 degrees relative to the axis of the hole (3), bent from the vertical longitudinal plane of symmetry of the tooth in a horizontal position at equal angles in opposite directions. Each lateral end of the rod (4 and 5) is sharpened from the upper side, and the sections of the parts of the main rods (4 and 5) located in the holes (3) and their longitudinal part bent 90 degrees relative to the axis of the hole (3) are made round. The parts installed in the holes (3) are locked against axial displacement by means of a retaining ring with the possibility of rotation about the axis of the hole (3). The lateral ends of the main rods (4 and 5) are made in the form of a parallelepiped with a sharpened leading edge of an inclined front face and have two holes perpendicular to their parallel upper and lower planes, each with its own middle part located in each of them with a gap with the possibility of rotation a loosening rod (7 and 8) with bent upper and lower parts, the projections of which on the horizontal plane with the horizontal position of the lateral ends form an acute angle between themselves, less than twice the angle of friction of the working surface of the loosening rods (7 and 8) on the soil. The same angle between each other is formed by the projections of these ends onto a vertical plane passing symmetrically to their horizontal projections. In the working position, with the horizontal position of the lateral ends, the projections of their upper parts onto the horizontal plane relative to the longitudinal vertical plane are directed towards the wedge-shaped working part (1), and the lower ones - symmetrically in the opposite direction, forming an angle between these horizontal projections less than twice the angle of friction of the working surface of the loosening rods (7 and 8) on the soil. The diameter of the loosening rods (7) located next to the wedge-shaped working part (1) is 1.5-2.0 times larger than that of the peripheral loosening rods (8).

EFFECT: improvement of the quality of soil crumbling and leveling of its surface is ensured.
