FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: active harrow comprises a frame, a drive mechanism mounted on it, located with a vertical axis of rotation on the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the harrow in front in the direction of movement of the unit, a driving double sprocket and at the rear, at the same distance from the longitudinal axis of symmetry and from the driving double sprocket, two driven double sprockets with vertical axes of rotation, enclosing them along the outer contour of an external two-row endless chain with teeth fixed on it. Inside the outer contour of the chain on the frame, clamping double sprockets are fixed and adapted for rotation relative to their vertical axes, located in pairs near the internal parts, relative to the outer contour, of the driving double sprocket and two driven double sprockets in their corresponding horizontal planes, in such a way that with their help it is pressed and an internal double-row endless chain with teeth attached to it is engaged with the leading double sprocket and two driven double sprockets. The distance between the teeth (6) of the internal double-row endless chain is less than the distance between the teeth of the external double-row endless chain. Each tooth (6) fixed on the internal double-row endless chain has two rods (13 and 14) in its lower working part in contact with the soil, inclined to the vertical by 30 degrees in parallel to the vertical plane of symmetry of the endless chain link and the vertical planes to which it is attached. The rod (13) attached to the section of the chain contour perpendicular to the direction of movement of the unit to the vertical part of the tooth (6) from the direction of movement of the unit is inclined with its symmetry axis forward in the direction of movement of the chain, and the rod (14) attached to this vertical part of the tooth (6) on the side opposite to the direction of movement of the unit, on the section of the chain contour perpendicular to the direction of movement of the unit, is inclined with its axis of symmetry relative to the direction of movement of the chain backwards.
EFFECT: improved quality of soil crumbling.
