FIELD: dispensing.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for pouring beverages in the hotel industry or another commercial sphere, as well as in cases of domestic or consumer application and, in particular, for automated control of dosed pouring of beverages under pressure. The method for dispensing and pouring beverages includes creation of an excessive pressure in the full volume of the beverage; transfer of said beverage under excessive pressure to the dispenser for providing dosed release, fluidly communicating with a tap or a nozzle, by a method providing specific controlled dosed pouring of the beverage into the beverage vessel; and coordination of said beverage vessel with the dosing of the dispensed regulated beverage; wherein said dispenser additionally comprises a dosing chamber configured to act as a bi-directional pouring apparatus powered by linear pressure, wherein said chamber forms a predetermined internal volume approximately equal to the volume of the required beverage pouring.

EFFECT: inventions are aimed at creating efficient automated dosed pouring of any beverage or multiple beverages of various types, supplied from tanks under excessive pressure at the corresponding consumption temperature.
