SUBSTANCE: disclosed are a system and a method for automated dispensing of bulk draft wine containing the following in combination: built-in temperature control device; means for monitoring pressure; automatic blowdown facility and built-in device for obtaining data on point of sale to determine statistics of use of margin for each keg of dispensed wine. System ensures accurate measurement of each portion. System warns the operator about low level of drink in the tank and ensures forced draining of the beverage of low quality.
EFFECT: recording of all events of the delivery process provides the operator or administration with the possibility of monitoring and controlling.
