FIELD: transport, distribution of fluids.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to dispenser for fluids, gases or composite materials. Dispenser comprises suction branch pipe to receive fluid from container, outlet, pressure feeder to force fluid at first pressure to container, and proportioner. Proportioner forces fluid from container when pressure in the latter reduces to second pressure and communicates suction branch pipe with outlet to meter fluid out from container. Thereafter, pressure in container increases to first pressure.
EFFECT: metering without excessive foaming.
