FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and can be used for testing steering machines with simulated operational loads. The stand contains a table, a loading system rigidly mounted on the table, and steering machine attachment points. One of the steering machine attachment points is placed on a bracket rigidly fixed on the table, and the second one is pivotally connected to the loading system by means of a kinematic chain. The loading system consists of brake devices rigidly fixed on the table in the form of two or more electromagnetic powder load brakes with rocking bars rigidly fixed on their output shafts. The rocking bars are located parallel to each other and are pivotally connected to each other by means of traction. The kinematic chain consists of a rigidly fixed housing on the table, a shaft and a force measuring rod with a force sensor. The central part of the shaft is pivotally mounted in the housing. The shaft on both sides is equipped with symmetrically arranged levers with equal shoulders. One end of the force measuring rod with a force sensor is pivotally connected to the rocking bar, and the other end is connected to the shaft lever. In this case, the second lever is pivotally connected to the steering rod, and the force-measuring rod is located parallel to the traction of the loading system.
EFFECT: reducing the time and complexity of testing, the possibility of testing the steering machine with simulated operational loads.
