FIELD: steering gears of aircraft.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for testing steering gears in order to simulate the loads acting from the side of the aerodynamic surface. The stand comprises two mirror-symmetrical four-link flat lever mechanisms and elastic elements – torsion bars for loading the steering drive shaft. In this case, the glassiness provides compensation for the forces acting on the drive shaft from the side of the loading mechanism. Torsion bars can be twisted with a preliminary torque by means of levers attached to the fixed ends of the torsion bars and an adjustable rod. Depending on the direction and magnitude of the preliminary twisting of the torsion bars, both a compensating (i.e., seeking to return the drive to the neutral position) hinge moment with a different gradient, and an overcompensating (tending to bring the drive out of the neutral position) can be provided.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of tests.
