FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to density measurement devices, namely to density meters used to measure the density of the liquid flow with inhomogeneous inclusions in a dispersed state. A density measurement complex contains a loading nozzle, through which the measured medium enters a sedative tank and a measuring chamber, at the entrance of which a receiving grid is installed, an overflow chamber, into which the medium is drained by overflow, then falling into a drain pipe. A differential pressure gauge is fixed on a case of the sedative tank, measuring membranes of which are fixed through a rubber seal with bolts to the measuring chamber and are in contact with the measured medium. The complex also contains a discharge gate and a flushing valve with pneumatic drives, and a polyurethane washer with a calibrated hole is installed in the discharge gate to fill the measuring chamber.
EFFECT: aim of the invention is an increase in the reliability and accuracy of measurement by creating a buttress in the measuring chamber and conditions for the correct operation of components of the complex, as well as ensuring the selection of a representative sample regardless of the change in the flow value.
