SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of communication; it can be used for implementation of concatenated polar coding with interleaving. A method contains stages, on which a set of data bits is encoded using a linear coder to provide the first set of encoded bits, while the first set of encoded bits contains a set of parity bits and the set of data bits, wherein the set of parity bits is one parity control code; the first set of encoded bits is interleaved in accordance with conversion with interleaving to provide a set of interleaved bits; the set of interleaved bits is encoded using the polar coder to provide the second set of encoded bits, which have to be transmitted by a radio node.
