SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication systems. Such result is achieved by the fact that generating an information block containing control information for the dispatched object, selecting the total number of combined cyclic redundancy check (CRC) control bits, at least based on the size of the list used in decoding based on list sequential elimination (SCL) in the dispatched object, generating CRC information for the information unit, wherein CRC-information comprises total number of combined CRC-bits, encoding information block, including CRC-information, using polar encoding to form polar code block, and transmitting polar code block to dispatched object via wireless radio interface.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of polar coding of control information together with combined cyclic redundancy check (CRC) control information, wherein the combined CRC information includes the number of CRC bits selected so that the control information can be decoded and verified in a combined manner in order to reduce the service CRC information amount.
