FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: combined diaphragm of a steam turbine with a horizontal split consists of upper and lower halves fixed relative to each other by fixing devices, each of the halves contains an inner and outer rim with grooves in which stationary guide vanes are installed. Each guide vane has an aerodynamic profile, an outer shroud with a trunnion and an inner shroud with a shank. Devices for fixing halves of the diaphragm in the axial direction are made in the form of sealing keys, and in the radial direction are parallel to the plane of the horizontal connector - in the form of a vertical key. The grooves of the outer rims are made blind, with radial and tangential clearances, with the possibility of free fit of each pin of the guide vanes in the corresponding blind groove. The guide vanes are fixed in the axial direction relative to the outer rims by inserts that combine at least two guide vanes into a package, and in the tangential direction - by at least one mounting element installed in a hole made jointly in the outer rim and the pin of the guide vane included in the package.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of manufacturing by providing geometric dimensions within the specified limits, strength, maintainability of stacked diaphragms of steam turbines, increasing the internal relative efficiency of the steam turbine.
