FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for the treatment of infectious and inflammatory eye diseases, including fungal lesions, ophthalmomycosis. The combined product contains thiotriazoline, decamethoxine, sodium chloride and purified water at the following ratio of components, wt. %: thiotriazoline 1.0; decamethoxine 0.01-0.02; sodium chloride 0.7; purified water the rest.
EFFECT: eye drops have high antifungal efficacy against C.albicans and high antimicrobial efficacy against pathogens resistant to known agents used in the treatment of infectious and inflammatory eye diseases, and also show a reduction in side effects compared to known agents.
