A pulse voltage stabilizer contains an input bus, a key element, a filter, a comparison circuit, a control circuit, an output bus, and a common bus. The key element contains a resistor, a diode, the first MIS transistor with an induced n-type channel, the second MIS transistor with an induced n-type channel, a capacitor. The filter contains a diode and a capacitor. The comparison circuit contains the first resistor, a p-n-p-type transistor, the first stabilitron, the second stabilitron, the second resistor. The control circuit contains a pulse generator of the initial installation, an element 2-OR with an open drain, a single-vibrator.
