FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to the precast monolithic frame of a multi-storey building. The frame includes columns, precast-monolithic girders, in which the precast and monolithic parts are connected by transverse reinforcing rods-pins, and a floor disc made of prefabricated hollow-core panels. The contact layer of the precast and monolithic transom parts is made by means of a layer of concrete with a thickness of 2t of a lower class than the concrete of the precast and monolithic transom parts. The seam has a reduced shear stiffness, which is determined by the calculation in such a way that under sudden dynamic loading of the girder structure, shear deformations will occur in it that exceed the limit values for concrete shear, and the deformations of transverse reinforcement will not reach the limit values normalized under special influences.
EFFECT: invention increases the resistance of the frame to a progressive avalanche collapse.
