FIELD: microwave electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave electronics, and is a new type of maser on cyclotron resonance. The system for forming helical electron beams contains at least two emission regions, the resonator system consists of resonators, the number of which is equal to the number of emission regions, and each of which is located coaxially with the electron beam coming out of the corresponding emission region, while the resonators are made in different geometric sizes. Each of the resonators operates in the mode with an axial electron beam. At the same time, all resonators are located in the magnetic field of a single magnetic system.
EFFECT: increase in the range of continuous tuning of the output radiation frequency.
