FIELD: non-destructive control.
SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention consists in the fact that a system for non-destructive control contains means of coupling with a tested product and means of coupling with a reference product. Means of coupling with the tested product contain a connector for connecting to a metal component of the tested product and a connector for connecting to a carbon fiber composite component of the tested product. Means of coupling with the reference product contain a connector for connecting to a metal component of the reference product and a connector for connecting to a carbon fiber composite component of the reference product. The system also contains sensors for generating signals based on voltage and current thermoelectrically caused between means of coupling with the tested product and means of coupling with the reference product, while current and voltage are based on the difference of temperatures between the tested product and the reference product. The system also contains a processor for generating, based on the specified signals, output data indicating, whether it is expected that the tested product will pass the test by a lightning strike.
EFFECT: providing possibility of limiting the use of tests for the impact of a direct lightning strike relatively to systems or components.
