SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for extracting carboxyl esterase from human seed plasma, comprising recovering, using a combination of several types of chromatography, wherein human seed plasma is mixed with anion-exchange toy core, equilibrated with tris-HC1 buffer, then obtained mixture is centrifuged and supernatant fluid is collected, then through the column of immobilized lectin of licorice smoothly passing the entire volume obtained at the previous stage of supernatant liquid, then the column is washed with 1M sodium chloride solution, buffered with tris-HCl buffer, and then elixing columnar-bound carboxyl esterase of human seed plasma with 0.1 M lactose solution in borate buffer pH = 9.0.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of extracting carboxyl esterase of human seed plasma.
