FIELD: gasoline production. SUBSTANCE: reforming of gasoline fraction is carried out at elevated temperature and pressure in presence of catalyst on carrier having formula xAl2O3•yRe2O7 with weight coefficients x = 1 and y = 5•10-5-3•10-4 and sorption capacity in respect to 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene 0.35-0.55 g/g. Catalyst contains, wt.%: platinum, 0.25-0.6; chlorine, 0.6-1.5; or fluorine, 0.2-0.6. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 tbl
