FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalysts for reforming gasoline fractions used in the oil and gas industry for producing high-octane components of motor fuels and aromatic hydrocarbons. Disclosed is a catalyst for reforming gasoline fractions, which contains platinum, rhenium and an alumina carrier modified with zirconium, chlorine and fluorine, wherein the catalyst additionally contains 0.05-2.0 wt. % lanthanum and 0.3-0.4 wt. % sulphate- ions, and on the surface of the carrier there are mixed hydrosulphates of zirconium and lanthanum of general formula H5ZrLa(SO4)6. Proposed method of preparing a catalyst for reforming gasoline fractions involves obtaining and modifying an alumina support by treating aluminium hydroxide of a pseudo-boehmite structure with an aqueous solution of hexafluorozirconic acid H2ZrF6 containing acetic acid, with subsequent moulding into cylindrical granules, drying and calcination, as well as treatment of modified alumina support with solutions of rhenium and hexachloroplatinic acids with subsequent drying and calcination, after treatment of aluminium hydroxide of pseudoboehmite structure with aqueous solution of hexafluorozirconic acid, additional treatment is carried out with aqueous solution of lanthanum sulphate to obtain mixed zirconium and lanthanum hydrosulphates of general formula H5ZrLa(SO4)6 on the surface of the support.
EFFECT: increase in the reforming catalyst stable operation time by 20-30 % in the mode of production of the gasoline component with the research octane number 97-98 and output of not less than 86 wt %.
