SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a welding device for welding flanges and pipes of various shapes and sizes. The welding device contains a base (1) mounted on wheels (2), a rack (3) fixed on the base (1), and a mechanism for attaching and fixing pipes and flanges mounted on a rack (3). The mechanism for attaching and fixing pipes and flanges is of a cantilever type and consists of a center-pivoting console (4), on which a vertical support console (5) and a side cantilever mechanism consisting of two consoles (6) and (7) connected in series. The center-pivoting console (4) is adjustable in height and direction. A support base (9) is installed in the upper part of the center-pivoting console (4) to accommodate the flange and pipe on it. In the console (5) of the vertical support, fixed with the possibility of height adjustment and rotation around its axis, a vertical support rack (16) is installed. A horizontal bed (18) is fixed on the rack (16). The side cantilever mechanism has the ability to rotate. The console (7) of the side cantilever mechanism also has the ability to rotate around its axis. A rod (24) is installed in the console (7), on which a vertical bed (25) is placed. The rack (16) of the vertical support and the rod (24) are fixed with the possibility of their height adjustment, and the lodgments are with the possibility of their rotation.

EFFECT: expansion of the technological capabilities of the device due to the possibility of performing the operation of welding pipes and flanges of a wider range.
