FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, in particular to methods for determining the flow rate of wells equipped with pumping units. According to the method, the measuring and auxiliary devices are differentiated according to four structural levels, allocated according to the functional purpose of the elements, and digital data is transmitted via secure data transmission protocols. At the field level, digital data is collected from a set of structural elements. At the lower level, by means of a data collection controller based on a programmable logic controller (PLC), digital flow meter elements are sampled at the field level. By means of the Modbus gateway, a serial request for data from the control system of the electric centrifugal pump installation, the PLC and the control device is carried out and their transfer to the system unit is carried out via the Modbus RTU protocol. At the middle level, the local server collects data from the operator's workplace, collects, registers and stores the operating parameters of the elements of the lower structural level, carries out data processing, uses the local server to select, compress, encrypt and send the data accumulated per day to the upper level. At the upper level, a digital model “reservoir-pump-well-control device” is created, through the digital model, the calculation of the parameters of the well flow rate in the operating mode and its own calibration of the operating mode of the wells with the connected control device are ensured.
EFFECT: reliability of well flow rate determination is increased.
