FIELD: control systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technological processes computer control, in particular, to the control over installations (30) process and the installation control systems (20) by means of the OPC UA based “machine-machine” (M2M) network 41. Associated with the installation control system (20) installation (30) contains plurality of interrelated elements (32) of the installation (30) one or more operating units (31). Operating units (31) operation is controlled by the installation control system (20) by means of connected to the installation control system (20) elements (32). Installation control system (20) is accessible through the independent process control system (10) in the machine-to-machine (M2M) network via network interfaces (16/202), and between the process control system (10) and the installation control system (20) transmitting messages containing signaling data and control commands. Each OPC UA client (151/203) based on the unified OPC architecture is generated in the process control system (10) and in the installation control system (20). Transport layer between the OPC UA client (151) of the process control system (10) and the OPC UA client (203) of the installation control system (20) is provided bidirectionally using the specific binary sequence containing coded messages of the programmable logic controller (201/PLC). To control the installation (30) and to regulate it, the process control system (10) transmits messages with the programmable logic controller (201/PLC) commands to the installation control system (20) by encoding messages with the PLC commands for the OPC UA transport layer and their transmission in the OPC UA transport layer using the specific binary sequence.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of the independent of the platform the process and production information dispatch control system, which allows easy development and modification of the system structure for individual use in accordance with the installation system manufacturer various standards.
