FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: acoustic system containing an open-type acoustic system including an electrodynamic head fixed in the hole of a shield, additionally comprises an apparatus for absorbing a backward wave emitted by the back side of the diffuser of the head of the open-type acoustic system, constituting a closed-type acoustic system consisting of an electrodynamic head placed in a closed box, wherein the closed-type acoustic system is located on the rear side of the shield, wherein the distance between the head of the open-type acoustic system and the head of the closed-type acoustic system is less than 0.3λ2, wherein λ2 is the wavelength of the high frequency of the working band of the claimed acoustic system; wherein the head of the closed-type acoustic system is located on the upper wall of the closed box, and the upper wall of the closed box is made at an angle β of 0 to 80 degrees relative to the plane of the shield; wherein the head of the open-type speaker system and the head of the closed-type speaker system have the same electroacoustic parameters and are connected to an electrical signal source.
EFFECT: short-circuiting between the front and back sides of the diffuser is excluded.
