SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pumping units designed for high pressure injection of fluid, for example, to maintain reservoir pressure. The horizontal pumping unit contains a support frame, an electric motor connected by means of a coupling with a thrust chamber, and a sectional centrifugal pump. The thrust chamber is equipped with a remote oil pump and forced-cooled radiators that circulate the oil. The oil pump is connected to the inner cavity of the thrust chamber by means of the upper and lower fittings. Inside the thrust chamber, by means of mechanical seals, a bearing cavity is separated, in which an axial bearing is located, completely immersed in oil and under positive pressure. The thrust chamber contains two radial bearings.
