INVENTORY SCAFFOLDS OF MANUAL ASSEMBLY Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC E04G1/06

Abstract RU 2756448 C1

FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means that make it possible to conduct construction work at height, and can be used in various areas of construction. The expected result is achieved by the fact that the inventory scaffolds of manual assembly contain tower-type sections, with tubular racks having corner plates mutually perpendicular and oriented outward from the tower-type section of the scaffolding, with holes for installing a corresponding platform on them, having in plan the shape of a sector truncated by chords, supported along each forming line of the sector, as struts, by two diagonal ties fixed in the holes of the platform, while to the mutually perpendicular corner plates of the neighboring left or right tubular rack, but one corner plate tier higher, a platform having the form of the mentioned sector is also installed on the lower holes, the outer sides of the platforms have the shape of a sector truncated by chords in the plan and form a broken line along the outer part of the perimeter of the platform with angles between them amounting to 135°, and along each forming line of the sector, the platform is also supported, as struts, by two diagonal ties, also fixed in the holes of this platform, between which a flight of stairs is installed with support on both platforms with the formation of spiral stairs of the left or right direction, having tubular railings on the platforms and staircases, connected to each other by means of cotter pins, having on their upper part undulating bends fixing their working position, and the railings of the flight and the platforms are attached, respectively, to the platform and to the stairway due to the telescopic connection of one of their pipes with another at the junction, and the railings of the stairway flights and the railings of the platforms form an inseparable helical structure by means of their bushings, connected to each other by cotter pins installed in the bushings.

EFFECT: creation of reliable and safe in operation inventory scaffolds of manual assembly, providing an increase in the pace of their assembly while ensuring the safety of assembly work, in particular, when moving between their tiers.
