FIELD: powder metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular, to units for coating by chemical methods. The unit can be used to produce composite powder materials. The automated unit for coating comprises a control apparatus for monitoring and regulating the parameters of the spraying process, a stationary frame with a moving fastening element, a bowl with a cover, installed on the moving fastening element, equipped with a heating apparatus and configured to rotate around the axis thereof by means of a first reducer installed on the moving fastening element, and to incline by means of a second reducer. Sensors of the extreme positions of the bowl are attached on the stationary frame. The second reducer is installed at one of the ends of the moving fastening element, sensors for the angle of inclination of the bowl are installed at the second end of the moving fastening element. The bowl is equipped with mixing elements and sensors for determining the parameters of the process, placed inside the bowl. The heating apparatus is placed around the bowl and rigidly fixed on the moving fastening element, a protective casing is rigidly installed around the heating apparatus on the moving fastening element.

EFFECT: increase in the uniformity of coating and the quality of the finished product.
